2. Products
The essential characteristics, price and available information are shown on each product page. Photographs illustrate the product; the contractual characteristics are those expressly stated on the product page and confirmed when the order is placed.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency associated with the active market when this feature is available. Shipping charges are added separately and shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
The customer reviews the cart, contact details, shipping address and total price before confirming the order. Confirming payment creates an obligation to pay. Payment is processed using the methods offered at Shopify checkout.
5. Shipping
Lumikozy currently ships to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United States. Applicable rates and rules are detailed on the Shipping page. Some orders may be prepared or shipped by logistics partners acting on behalf of Lumikozy.
6. Right of withdrawal
Where the customer is legally entitled to it, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify Lumikozy of the decision to withdraw. Details are provided on the Returns & Refunds page.
7. Statutory warranties
Products sold to consumers benefit, where applicable, from statutory conformity warranties and protections against hidden defects. These rights apply independently of any optional commercial warranty.

9. Consumer mediation
After a prior written complaint that has not been resolved satisfactorily, an eligible consumer may use a competent consumer mediator under the conditions provided by applicable regulations.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
