Shipping destinations
Lumikozy currently ships to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United States.
Current shipping rates
- France — Standard: €7.99
- France — Free Standard: on orders of €65 or more
- Belgium & Luxembourg — Standard: €22
- Switzerland — Standard: €29
- United States — Standard International: the shipping profile is set to €29 and the charge is displayed in the U.S. market currency at checkout.
The applicable shipping charge is confirmed before the order is placed.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, carrier and destination. We do not advertise unverified express-delivery promises.
As an example, the supplier of the Minecraft Axolotl Plush 30 cm currently estimates approximately 5 to 9 days of transit to France. Transit times for other products and destinations may be longer.
Important: these estimates refer to transit after dispatch. Order processing and transfer to the supplier take place before the parcel ships and are not included in the estimates above.
Processing and fulfillment
Some orders may be prepared and shipped by logistics partners acting on behalf of Lumikozy. Items from the same order may ship separately.
Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it is sent by email or made available through order tracking.
Shipping problems
If your parcel is delayed, the address is incorrect or the parcel has not arrived, contact info@lumikozy.fr with your order number.
International deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union, including Switzerland and the United States, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply under local rules and carrier procedures when they are not collected at checkout.
