Right of withdrawal
For eligible orders, a consumer has 14 days from receipt to notify Lumikozy of the decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.
Send the request to info@lumikozy.fr with the order number. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything so you receive the correct return address for your order.
Condition of the product
The product may be handled only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Any loss in value caused by excessive handling may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs for a withdrawal are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. If the product is non-conforming, damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us before returning it.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, amounts due are refunded no later than 14 days after notification. The refund may be withheld until the goods are recovered or proof of return shipment is provided.
Statutory warranties
This policy does not limit any applicable statutory conformity warranty or protection against hidden defects.
